The Mission of Core Awakenings
 
Core Awakenings strives to instill the importance of mind-body awareness, stress reduction, flexibility, posture, breath, balance and strength within each person.  We want every person to realize and feel the life changing benefits of specific exercises available to people of all ages and abilities. We want every person to improve their posture and understand that good posture is directly related to good health. At Core Awakenings we strive to increase each person's level of strength by developing them from the inside out, from core to extremity. This is how good functional movements recruit muscle, from the core to the extremities.


Postural Analysis
 
Clients are free to have a picture made in front of the postural analysis wall chart in order to see the progress they are making on a monthly basis.  Postural changes are actually noticeable on a per class basis.
Equipment
 
We provide fit balls, weights, balance disks, and ropes for all clients to use while in class.
